Support Specialist

Matrixforce has a need for motivated and qualified people with experience in implementing and supporting business systems using Microsoft and related technology:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent experience preferred

• 3 years of experience supporting security, messaging, portals, VOIP, and accounting applications

• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (preferred) for networking, messaging, or security

Security Requirements:

• Background check and security clearance

• Confidentiality and Non-Solicit Agreement

• Education Reimbursement Agreement

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work well with a team and individually

• Ability to communicate well in writing and verbally

• Strict adherence to corporate Standard Operating Procedures
