Distribution List Members Cannot Receive External E-mail

For Distribution List members to receive e-mail from external organization recipients:

  1. On Exchange, open the Exchange Management Console.

  2. Expand Recipient Configuration and select Distribution Group and Properties of the desired Distribution Group.

  3. Click Mail Flow Settings tab and Message Delivery Restrictions.

  4. Uncheck "Require that all senders are authenticated" and click OK.
