Setup Forefront Client Security in Standalone Mode

To setup Forefront Client Security (FCS) in standalone mode:

  1. Run CLIENTSETUP /NOMOM from the CLIENT folder on the FCS CD. The client will install silently.

  2. Next you see the FCS icon in the System Tray requiring an update.

  3. Open Internet Explorer, go to Microsoft Update, and install the critical update available for Forefront.
