When trying to open any attachment in Outlook, the following error message is displayed:
Cannot create file.
You must delete the contents of the OLK~ Temp directory on the users profile to resolve this problem. The OLK directory is a temporary files repository to store files opened from Outlook. If this directory becomes too full, Outlook can no longer open attachments. So it must be emptied in order to open new attachments.
