How to Setup Windows Mobile Exchange Account

To setup an Exchange Account on Windows Mobile, you will need: server name, user name, password, and domain.

  1. Click Start, Programs, and ActiveSync.

  2. Click Menu and Configure Server.

  3. Enter the server name like mail.company.com, check Requires SSL, and Next.

  4. Enter user name, password, and domain. Check Save Password and Next.

  5. Choose the data you want to synchronize (don't select Contacts unless you utilize Outlook Contacts on your phone) and Finish.
