iPhone Office 365 Setup instructions may be used to access all of the Office 365 primary services including: e-mail (Exchange Online), instant messaging (Lync Online) and collaboration (SharePoint Online). This article will step through configuring each of these services.
It is assumed you already have a working Office 365 account and the credentials to sign in. If you do not have an Office 365 account, it is very easy to sign up for trial. See Office 365 Free Trial.

From your home screen click - Settings
Select - Mail, Contacts, Calendars
Click - Add Account
Select - Microsoft Exchange
Enter E-mail Address.
Leave Domain blank.
Enter e-mail address again for Username.
Enter m.outlook.com for Server.
After you have filled in the previous fields, Click Next and if prompted about a certificate click Accept.
Click Next and now you will see a screen that gives you options on what to sync: Mail, Calendars, and Contacts. Then select Save.
If you’re prompted to create a passcode, press Continue and enter a numeric passcode. If you don’t set up a passcode, you can’t use e-mail on your device. You can create a passcode later using Settings > General > Passcode Lock.
Go to the App Store on your iPhone and search for Microsoft Lync 2010 for iPhone.
Tap the Free button, then tap
Install. Enter your App Store Apple ID and password.
When the app is installed, it appears on your home screen.
Start the Lync 2010 for iPhone app and sign in with your Office 365 e-mail address and password.
Open your mobile browser. There is no setup and you just access SharePoint Online via the web browser.
Enter your team site address into the browser address bar. The default team site address is http://company.sharepoint.com.
On the Microsoft Office 365 sign-in page, sign in with your Office 365 e-mail address and password.
